Do you give quotes over email?
We can often give a ballpark from photos and descriptions. Final price depends on what we find on site (hidden damage, wall type, existing hardware). We say when an in-person look is required before committing to a number.
Do I need to be home for the whole visit?
For most interior work, yes—someone should be available to approve small decisions and access the property. If you need a different arrangement, mention it when you book.
What about permits and code?
Homeowners are responsible for permits where the law requires them. We will tell you if a task likely crosses into licensed-trade territory (for example, major electrical panel work) before we start.
Payment—how does it work?
This website does not collect card payments. Terms for each job (deposit, payment on completion, methods accepted) are agreed in writing or email for that job—not generic promises on this page.
Can you buy materials for me?
Yes, when arranged ahead of time. Otherwise, many clients order parts and have them on site—we are fine either way if the SKUs match the install.
How fast do you reply?
We aim to answer within one to two business days. Busy weeks may run longer; urgent safety issues should go to emergency services or a licensed contractor with immediate capacity.
